What JASSP collects

JASSP collects contact details and information people provide when they claim a club, express sponsorship interest, sponsor a club, manage a business profile or contact JASSP. This can include a name, role, email address, business details, club relationship and correspondence.

Club names, websites and funding information may also come from public official, association and fundraising sources. Each published club fact links to its source.

JASSP does not collect player information and should never be given children’s names, contact details, health information or photographs through these forms.

Payments and financial information

Stripe handles card details and club payout onboarding. JASSP does not receive or store full card numbers, bank-account credentials or internet-banking passwords. JASSP receives payment identifiers, amounts, status and account-readiness information needed to run the sponsorship ledger, handle refunds and show accurate public totals.

How the information is used

  • verify and administer club claims and invitations;
  • prepare club pages and connect club representatives with interested sponsors;
  • process, reconcile and support sponsorships and refunds;
  • publish the business information a sponsor chooses for its public profile;
  • send sign-in, sponsorship-management and service messages;
  • prevent misuse, investigate errors and keep the service secure; and
  • answer access, correction, complaint and support requests.

JASSP does not sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising.

Exposure counts

Sponsor profile views, panel opens and outbound-link clicks are stored as aggregate event counts. Those events do not contain the viewer’s IP address, browser, cookie identifier or identity.

To slow automated misuse, JASSP also keeps short-lived request counters keyed by a one-way secret digest derived from network and request details. Raw network addresses and email addresses are not stored in those counters, and old counters are removed during normal use.

Service providers and overseas handling

JASSP uses Supabase for application data and authentication, Vercel for website hosting, Stripe for payments and connected-club onboarding, and Resend for email. These providers may process or store information outside Australia, including in the United States. Their own privacy and security terms also apply to the services they provide.

Storage, security and retention

Access to private application records is restricted by account, bearer link or administrator permission. Sensitive service credentials are kept server-side. No internet service can promise absolute security, so suspected misuse should be reported promptly.

JASSP keeps information while it is needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, maintain the payment ledger and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. Public club-source records may be retained to show where a published fact came from.

Access, correction and complaints

Email daniel@jassp.com.au to ask what personal information JASSP holds about you, request a correction, or make a privacy complaint. Include enough information to identify the relevant club, business or interaction. JASSP may ask you to verify your identity before disclosing or changing private information.

JASSP aims to acknowledge privacy complaints promptly and respond within 30 days. If the notice or handling practices change materially, this page and its effective date will be updated.
